initial push of a knit branch errors

bzr init

push it:

bzr push --create-prefix sftp://bazaar.launchpad.net/~me/+junk/branchname

errors out :(.

This appears to be fixed for me byTwisted SVN r16671. I have a branch with this fix backported ready to go.

I also have a branch at sftp://chinstrap/home/warthogs/archives/spiv/launchpad/supermirror-bug-41409 that extends the existing tests to trigger this condition, although it requires a newer bzr in rocketfuel.

The fix to Twisted is merged -- can we try rolling out this fix (i.e. current rocketfuel) to see if it works? We don't need to wait for my launchpad branch to land (which is going to require a simultaneous update of bzrlib), it just improves the tests.

Tests committed to rocketfuel r3623. Lalo has previously reported on IRC that the push now works, so marking as Fix Released.

(The fix to allow pushed knit branches to get mirrored is committed but not yet rolled out, but that's a seperate bug.)
