Link to subscribe to a project group's bugmail should be on the bugs facet

Currently, that link is in the actions menu of the project's overview facet. It should be moved to its bugs facet.

Makes sense, but only if the project group bugs index page is going to be redesigned. Right now it doesn't really have a place for actions.

Ideally, there should be one page that handles all the project
subscriptions, instead of one for bugs, one for code, one for the
project itself, and so on.

Can you subscribe to anything in a project group at the moment? If not,
it might might sense to rename the link to talk about subscription in
general, and add future subscription options to that page.

It would indeed be nifty to have a single form for subscribing to various things related to a project. But that wouldn't stop it from being wrong that you can't subscribe to a project's bug reports from the project's Bugs page. If that was implemented by linking to the cross-application form, the form would then need to highlight the Bugs section in some way. Alternatively, the form accessed from the Bugs page could be a subset of the form accessed from the Overview page.
