Bug Description

Often Launchpad developers use https://pastebin.canonical.com to post incremental diffs in merge proposals or on IRC. However that pastebin is accessible only to Canonical employees.
Now that Launchpad is open source, also the community should be able to see incremental diffs, so Launchpad needs a pastebin open to everyone. I think that http://paste.ubuntu.com should be fine.

I don't see how this is a bug in Launchpad. This just means that developers should use a public pastebin rather than a private one. Nothing we can fix in the code.
