Bug Description
When people who subscribe to bug reports get an update by email, it is in the "[Bug xxxxx] bug_title" format. For example here is the subject line of one I received just now:
[Bug 39069] Re: Adding Printer Fails with no Dialog
It would be nice if the package source name it is related to be included in there. Something like:
[Bug 39069] cupsys -- Re: Adding Printer Fails with no Dialog
It would make the email a lot more meaningful and easier to human-filter in our mailboxes. Often I have to click in the URL of the email to go to Launchpad simply to figure out what that email was about, and which application it is related to.

Either this is a duplicate of bug 36586, or vice versa. I seem to remember this specific idea being discussed elsewhere, too; the main problem being that some package names are extremely long and would make the Subject line nearly unusable.
