The "Continue" button on help pop-ups has lost its text and is now tiny

Help pop-ups have a button in the bottom-right that closes the pop-up.

On both edge and production, that button is now very small and has no text.

Go to your profile page and click "What's this?" beside the OpenID line, to see what I mean.

We should use standard lazr-js pop-ups for this.
Is there any reason why we're not?

The code should be <button id="help-close-btn">Continue</button> instead of <button value="Continue" id="help-close-btn"/>
