Notify someone about a bug by emailing it to them

Sometimes I'd like to just ask someone else to look at a bug. Subscribing them is too strong; I don't want to spam them with ongoing updates.

I would like to
 - click a link labelled "forward this bug"
 - choose a person and add a message, e.g. "Aaron could you have a look at this? is it handled by your foo bar?"
 - click send
 - have that send a mail to the person, including my email, the bug link, the contents of the bug, etc.

Of course I can send mail from a regular client but it'd be nice.

This would possibly be a nice way to bring new people into launchpad, if I can enter an email address for someone not previously registered.

Perhaps this could be unified with "subscribe someone else" to become "forward, and optionally subscribe".

This one actually won't require a lot of work, we could port some code from "Subscribe someone else" to search for that person, and then use some from "Contact this person" link to send the actual email. Then make a little link called "Forward" to get to a new page and send the email. So I would like to work on this one. Thanks.

I like the idea of pinging someone about a bug once without subscribing them. I don't think we should call it "fowarding" just to avoid confuse with the feature "bug forwarding," which we will work on at some point. Most other sites call this "share," which perhaps is not an exact match for us, but I point it out for the sake of completeness.
