bugs reported by email get attachments flattened too much

I sent the attached email to launchpad. It flattened the attached email's attached email, as seen in the bug it created, bug #405111, in the description and the attachment http://launchpadlibrarian.net/29557346/248182-init-repo-docs.merge. The attachment I wanted is the one I added using the web UI, http://launchpadlibrarian.net/29557629/merge.eml

Sorry, I had attached the wrong email. That was the one I had meant to attach to bug #405111 in the first place, this, "flattened-bug-report.eml" is the one I used to report bug #405111 ;-).
