Add-button in create acount form does not receve focus when using tab.

When you create a new account you first input your email, and receve a link to a form where you input your name, some settings and your password.

When you press tab from the last password-box the Add-box does not receve focus, but the "copyright terms"-link in the footer. I didn't saw this and did just hit enter, and did not first realize that my acount wasn't created. After some time and som tries to get the password emailed I tried to create the account again, and then I saw that when I tabed my browser did focus on the "copyright terms"-link, not the Add-button.

The browser I used was: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.2, swedish version for Windows XP.
