Bug Description
My project (BleachBit) in Launchpad has about 25 languages, and I need a way to engage my translators because I have too many translations at ~90% near release time. I think they simply forget this is an ongoing process and that a new release is coming soon. I put out the release, and in the following 24 hours I get a flood of translations (a bit late!).
The proposal is for an opt-in subscription system to keep the translators' attentions.
It could be implemented various ways
1. Email updates ("Yesterday BleachBit uploaded a new translation file, and there are 10 new strings to translate! Click here...")
2. An RSS feed
3. A dashboard with a task list ("These subscribed projects need translation help: 1. BleachBit 2. FooMatic")
