Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. In the Summary field, enter the summary of a bug you reported earlier.
3. On the "Is the bug you’re reporting one of these?" page, click the summary of the bug you reported earlier.
4. Click "Yes, this is the bug I'm trying to report".
What happens: A floater appears with the option to "Subscribe me as well".
What should happen: Launchpad should not offer to let me subscribe to the bug report, because I'm already subscribed.
