Bug Description
When a bug page is viewed in Opera (tested on Opera 9.63 in Ubuntu and Opera 9.64 in Windows), some of the edit icons appear to be only partially displayed, to varying degrees, as if hidden by other elements. A screenshot is attached of an affected bug page - note how the title, privacy and tags edit icons are affected but the 'update description' icon is not. That the status and importance edit icons are broken is filed as bug 401517.

Also occurs in Opera 10, just so y'all know it's not going away :P
