Bug Description
It isn't very obvious which parts of the status/importance cells are sensitive enough to pop up the inline editor. While it seems the whole cell is sensitive, there is an edit button that looks like it must be clicked. More troubling is the text of the link only gaining an underline when directly hovered over - simply hovering over the cell isn't sufficient, although clicking anywhere in the cell is.

What shall we do here?
1. Make only the edit icon clickable.
2. Make the edit icon and the text clickable, but underline the text
when hovering over either the text or the icon.
3. Keep the whole table cell clickable and show the icon when over
the cell, as now, but move the edit icon to be right aligned, and
underline the text when hovering anywhere in the cell.
4. ???
Implementation will probably be quick and easy (famous last words)
once we've made this decision.
