description |
The build master currently only knows about the BuildQueue table which is for package builds.
Instead it needs to become a generic task master for the builder farm. It should support multiple queues and be able to cross-dispatch between them with policies about what tasks are more important than others etc.

Build, BuildQueue & Builder tables should be modified to support PPA system.
They also should be redesign to provide a more consistent way to execute tasks like:
* Scoring faster and against holistc fields (target archives, pockets, etc)
* Dispatching builds accross multiple classes of Builders (untrusted, trusted, ppa)
* Provide ETA and performance measument base |
