Bug Description
Summary: When searching in projects you never know if the search is going to find complete results.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Go to https:/
2) Search for S3
3) Results only show one instance
4) Open all bugs ever reported
5) There are about 5 bugs with S3 in the descriptions that were not found
Expected result: I expect a general search to show all instances of S3
