updating the bug title seems to fail to find the old title

Bug Description
As of today (2009-07-14) I just started seeing a weird bug.
I went to update the Title of a bug and clicked the little 'pen' icon next to the name. it brought up the edit box and checkmarks, but instead of holding the old bug title, it just had the string 'None'.
I assume there is a bug somewhere in the code that is accidentally getting a wrong value (possibly default of None versus "None").

But it is occurring for me on all the bug pages I've checked.
