Bug Description
I'm the man, who had thousands (just kidding; not thousands, but much) problems with Rosetta. Now the problem:
11 of July I uploaded a file sb-en.pot for review. Later I uploaded updated version of this file (with the same name) on 12th and 13th of July, but the date of file is still 11 of July.
