FTI queries die if ! in or at the end of a word

Bug Description

The _ftq() query parser fails to generate a valid query if a word contains a ! character or ends with a ! character:

launchpad_dev=# select _ftq('sb!live');
  _ftq
---------
 sb!live
(1 row)

launchpad_dev=# select _ftq('sb! live');
   _ftq
----------
 sb! live
(1 row)
