Resubmitting reviews via email

Code reviews can't be resubmitted by email.

Do you mean having a button to resubmit an already sent code review email? If yes, why do you want that? Could you explain the use case further?

I submit merge requests by using `bzr send`. If the request isn't approved and
needs changes done, it must be resubmitted so that a new merge request is
created which supercedes the current one. Using `bzr send` when there is an
active merge request for the branch just results in an error email being
returned. The request can only be resubmitted by using the Launchpad web
interface to change the status to "Resubmit". I would like to be able to do
this with `bzr send` (or possibly an email to the merge request).
