Bug Description
As seen in OOPS-1280B2012, a TypeError exception is raised when a user tries to create a new milestone using the ajax widget and filling in a date value using the wrong format
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https:/
2. click create milestone
3. fill in details
4. in the date field fill in 20090810
5. click create milestone
What happens: OOPS-1280B2012 TypeError: Expected a string argument
What should happen: A nice error message saying that the user must use YYYY-MM-DD in the date format.
