Some bugs that are filed, aren't really bugs, they are support requests. The way to deal with it at the moment, is to reject the bug, and say that it's not a bug. The bug submitter then has to figure out that he has to file a support request instead, and file an identical request in the support tracker. This could be made easier with a functionality to turn a bug into a support request, which would file a new support request for the submitter, and remove the bug from the bug listing.
