Setting/removing duplicate does not update Affects editability

Bug Description
If a bug is duped to another, and the dup reference is removed using the fancy AJAX dup edit popup, then the Affects/Project area still remains locked, requiring a refresh of the page.
Similarly, when making a new bug a dup, the Affects/Project area keeps its AJAX editability.
Ideally, the edit area should be aware of the dup status.
