Bug Description
Launchpad offers to subscribe me to something I'm already subscribed to:
1. Get email from a bug report
2. Click on bug report, tweak it, add a comment.
Get given inviting tickbox below offering:
[ ] E-mail me about changes to this bug report
Ideally Launchpad's left hand should know that Launchpad's right-hand is already spamming me and either (a) not show the tickbox, (b) tick it for me, and react if I untick it, (c) offer radio buttons with context-relevant choices (eg. Unsubscribe/
