Bug Description
when the name of a maintainer changes, but not the email address, then the old name is kept in the database, examples:

"Debian Zope Team" -> "Debian/Ubuntu Zope Team"
https:/
"Debian GCC maintainers" -> "Debian GCC Maintainers"
