2005-11-16 03:37:10 Matthew Paul Thomas description Please note a 'minute error' in the "Ubuntu Code of Conduct" on line 4 of paragraph 3 that should be corrected - 'disagreement it no excuse for poor behaviour and poor' should read → 'disagreement is no excuse for poor behaviour and poor' Small as 'it' might be in stature, it stands out, being on/in our 'Code of Conduct', and right under everyones 'nose' who signs it ! We 'Ubunteros' are only human, nevertheless "PERFECTION" is something 'WE' should strive for, even if 'it' always seems to be a hazy mirage in the distance - FOR that's where the challenge lies !! "PERFECTION" - it is one solution to totally 'ERADICATE' [Bug#1],failing which, we will find ourselves hopelessly locked in an infinite loop - New→Assigned→Fixed→Pending-retest→Retest→Reopen !!! The Ubuntu Code of Conduct, paragraph 3 line 4, says "disagreement it no excuse for poor behaviour and poor". It should say "disagreement is no excuse for poor behaviour and poor".

2006-05-01 21:19:17 Guilherme Salgado launchpad: statusexplanation I think the change will be slightly more involved -- and we need Salgado to understand how this CoC thing works :-) This was fixed with the upload of the 1.0.1 version of the CoC. Now we only need to fix bug 39547, so people can sign the 1.0.1 version.
