Bug Description
On the project's +edit page, there is a box for specifying the super-project, i.e. the Part of item.
This should be editable inline on the project's home page.

We may not want to do this. Project group owners are irritated that project owners have control of this field. It is perceived to be link user making themselves members of a restricted team. Adding subprojects should happen from a project group page--the Part-of field should not be editable at all from the project pages.
