Bug Description
I'd like an easy way to be notified of changes in several PPAs, without being part of the respective teams.
Use case: I want to know when the latest pidgin is uploaded to it's PPA so I can copy it over in another one. Have a nice 'Watch this PPA' button on the page (the same basically as the subsribe/
