Bug Description
The attachments box of a bug looks terrible:
The green (+) is on the left, while the word "Add" is on the right, and the green arrows (icon-sprites) that is near the attachment name is covered by the attachment name itself.

Even in the comment box the green icon is covered by the attachment name
