Bug Description
Currently if a package ends up in MANUALDEPWAIT the PPA overview UI shows the "no" icon and thus treats that case like a build failure. Especially if there weren't any build failures but all builds on all architectures ended up in MANUALDEPWAIT, it would be nice if another symbol could be used to denote this fact.

Good idea, Phillip, we can probably treat MANUALDEPWAIT builds differently in the 'Build Status' column.
