Unable to link to two different bugs upstream from one bug in malone

Bug Description

I am unable to add two different upstream bugs for a bug in Launchpad/Malone.

For Bug #38513 in malone, I had added a link to Bug Number 318667 in the mozilla bug tracker. Now the reporter reported a particular aspect of the bug upstream and it is impossible to add another upstream bug (Number 333080) to the same bug.

While duplicates should be avoided. Adding two different bug watches should still be possible.

It's possible to add as many bug watches as you need thru the Link to Other Bug Tracker menu (+addwatch). All the bugwatches will show up in a RHS portlet
