Bug Description
When attempting to search for people which might contain an accent in their name, Launchpad returns an OOPS. For example, if I search for Antonio Sánchez, I get (Error ID: OOPS-1249EB521).
This is an interesting problem where the same input field might result in searching multiple columns in the database, some of which might be ascii whereas others might be unicode. I'm anxious to learn what will be the fix.
