"People and Teams" is hidden to those of limited eyesight

On the front page, the "People and Teams" link is not underlined like usual hyperlinks; in addition it's blue-on-blue (the background colour of the portlet).

For those of us with limited eyesight, this makes it completely invisible.

Scott: there is still the "blue on blue" aspect, but there is now a link to the page in question in the new site map box at the top of the left column. Does this cover what you want?

Launchpad doesn't seem to be consistent about whether links are underlined or now. For example, on the page I'm on now:

Most links (and there are a lot of them) are underlined, however:

 * The top-left and top-right boxes don't have underlined links.
 * In the "Subscribers to bug #3822" box, "Scott James Remnant" is not underlined. The same link is underlined in the "Bug details" box.
 * The "Show all open bugs" link in the "Search launchpad (upstream) bugs" box isn't underlined.
 * The links to "launchpad (upstream)" and "malone (upstream)" aren't underlined.

If there is a method to this madness, I can't elucidate it. I'll subscribe MPT to this.

I'm closing this particular bug as fixed, because the "sitemap" in the box top left has a prominent "people" link.

The blue-on-blue aspect still remains, though. And the top left box has a darker blue background than that used for portlets.
