List of successfully completed merges on branch page is confusing

Bug Description
Branch pages do not show you the branches that they have been successfully merged into.
The page lists active merges, and proposed merges. I would expect to see a list of "Successfully reviewed and completed" merges as well.
The actual link to the proposal is the word "Merged" in a sentence. This is an incredibly confusing use of a single-word hypertext link, and is inconsistent with the way that links to active or proposed merges are displayed.
It would be much better to put all merge activity into an "Activity" table with clear "Status", "Source", and "Target" columns.
