Bug Description

In https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+specs >227 specs are shown at once. This should be paginated and offering a search/filter option.

(If this bug is fixed before bug 3811, it will become harder to search the list of specifications, as the browser's Find command will no longer search all specs.)
