Bug Description
It would be useful to have an X-Launchpad-Ticket header for the support mail in the same format as we have for bug mail.
Something like:
X-Launchpad-Ticket: product=launchpad; status=Confirmed; priority=None;
Filtering would be easier with a header like that.
