We need an adapter from a web service request to a regular browser request.
This came up when trying to do an XHTML representation of a bug comment. The rendered HTML contains link (generated by canonical_url()) which points to the web service instead of to the web app. |
When we generate XHTML of objects in the web service, canonical_url() returns URLs suitable for the web service, not for the browser. We need a way to make canonical_url() return browser URLs here. |
