Bug Description
When searching for a bug, in the suggested bug list, if the status of one of the packages involved by that bug is marked as invalid, the list shows that bug as invalid.
Example:
https:/
when trying to file a bug for ubuntu with title: "nm-applet unable to save VPN secrets"
There should be a priority control when showing the bug status in the suggested list: if a bug is filed as invalid for a package, while being filed as "Confirmed" or "Triaged", that last status is the one that should be shown.
