Bug Description

When a series has a branch, and a release is made, we should let users
select a revision on the branch (defaulting to the the current tip) to
match the release.

Maybe it should also give you a vocabulary of tags in the branch or
something like that.

If we had this link it would also allow interesting things like
marking bugs as fix released and/or linking from a revision or a bug
back to the release that includes it.
