"Recently approved" list on team page excludes admins

Bug Description
If I add somebody to a team, they appear on top of the "Recently approved" list as expected. If I then change their status to Administrator, they disappear.
That list should find recent memberships of status Administrator, not just Approved.

This is disappointing. I see I am missing from some lists. I'll try to get this fixing in the next round of team changes.
