Bug Description
I accidentally added a link to a bug in a remote bug tracker to a bug. This bug already had a link to the same bug in the remote bug tracker.

Malone/Launchpad should be able to detect if the "Link to other Bug Tracker" already exists for the same Bug in the remote bug tracker, and not allow a duplicate link to be created.
