milestone.createProductRelease should be exported as milestone.createProjectRelease

Bug Description

The apidoc shows a named operation of milestone called 'createProductRelease'. But 'product' is the internal name for what Launchpad calls a 'project'. The operation should be renamed 'createProjectRelease' (and also made availalbe under the current name, for backwards compatibility).

It's possible I'm confused because Launchpad does have a thing whose external name is 'product'. But I'm almost positive it's not being used correctly here, and people who only know the external names are going to be confused.
