Bug Description
Most of the time when a mirrored branch fails to mirror, it's because of some sort of connectivity problem: broken DNS, a server that's down, a stressed connection. Currently, we just dump the Bazaar error message, which is often unhelpful.
Instead, we should encourage users to test their connectivity to Launchpad from their server, and prompt them to try mirroring again.
