Place "Template details" from portlet onto the main page of the POTemplate page

Bug Description
After the layout of the POTemplate overview page has been changed to use NavigationMenu, some information that used to be found in the "Template details" portlet is now missing from the page. It should be placed on the page somehow. These items are missing:
* Number of messages in the template
* Number of languages this template is being translated into
* Creation date
* Translation domain
* Priority
* Translation group
* Permissions
