Launchpad shouldn't display Ubuntu bug filing guidelines when filing a bug that will have said info attached automatically

Bug Description
When filing a bug through ubuntu-bug, I still get the same Ubuntu bug reporting guidelines that say to include the version of Ubuntu I'm running, the package name and version, etc. even though said information will be attached automatically by whatever magic ubuntu-bug does to report a bug. I'd be nice in that case to have different guidelines that state what will be included automatically from ubuntu-bug and what the user still has to supply in the bug report.
