"Me too" message should be de-emphasised if I reported the bug in question

Bug Description
After reporting a bug, I see a message that says "This bug affects me too", which is confusing.
If I reported the bug in question, the message should say "This bug affects me", not "This bug affects me too".
The message should also be made light-grey, to de-emphasize it: there is little chance that I will change that field on my own bug.
