visiting /people/<sometoken> should search for that token

Bug Description
When someone visits /people/<sometoken> and that token happens to not be a launchpad person name, rather than giving a 404/OOPS we should instead act as though the user had typed that token into the search box.
As an aside, if the search box returns exactly one user, we should redirect to that page rather than displaying a single search result.

Why not have this for products, projects, distributions, etc, too? I think we could do this for anything that has a name and that name is used in that thing's URL.
