Bug Description
When I comment on a bug, I like to continue tracking it (either because I'm offering help or inquiring about something), so it seems natural to me to have a subscription automatically added when I make a comment.
I'm thinking either a setting in the user preferences or a checkbox near the comment box on each bug page. In my mind, each has its merits and drawbacks.
