Make the sub-team contact the same as team contact

Bug Description
I tried to establish a sort of hierarchy: "umbrella" team (AAA) and a number of sub-teams responsible for different aspects of team work. For all teams LP mailing lists were created. Then I tried to assign mailing list of umbrella team as a team contact for sub-team (BBB) and got:
There is 1 error.
<email address hidden> is already registered in Launchpad and is associated with AAA.
Desired behavior:
Since every user of sub-team BBB may subscribe to the umbrella team mailing list, it would be nice to have an option of making an AAA as a team contact for BBB. Imaging teams that are purely umbrella.

This break the team model, though I acknowledge that this use case is useful. I think we might be able to implement a comparable solution using mailing lists.
