List of package bug subscriptions shouldn't repeat distribution names

Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntu-x-swat/+packagebugs> repeats "in ubuntu" dozens of times.

The best solution to this is probably to group the list by distribution, then not name the distribution for each package.

Unassigning myself, in case someone else wants to grab it before I get around to it.

I wonder if there is a sorting constraint there that makes that solution not work all that well. Anyhow, not currently scheduled.

The distro is always in the package name. The listing only repeats ubuntu in this case because the team only subscribed to ubuntu.
