It says libx11 in Ubuntu has 2 open bugs and 3 critical bugs.

lib/canonical/launchpad/browser/person.py, line 722:

'critical_bugs_count': package.critical_bugtasks.count(),

critical_bugtasks (lib/canonical/launchpad/components/bugtarget.py line 44) includes fixed critical bugs.

Expected behaviour: fixed critical bugs are not included.
