Package maintenance report enhancements

Nice overview, as it is. some things (filing these in one report first, intending to break them down later.

- the page is more likely like an upload report, not about packages. maybe sort it by package, and as the second criterium the upload?

- Usually you are not interested in perfectly maintained packages (i.e. currently built on all architectures, no bug report, etc). Maybe have an option to limit the display to these? Here you focus on the problems, not the perfection ;)

- Have a pointer to anastacia information integrated in a column (http://people.ubuntu.com/~cjwatson/anastacia.txt)

- Have a pointer to installability integrated in a column (http://people.ubuntu.com/~cjwatson/testing/dapper_probs.html)

- have a pointer integrated about the NEW state of a source or a binary package (not sure if launchpad does support that)

- have a pointer integrated about the upstream and debian version (not yet supported, some information is available from the debian/watch files)
